Modify mesh points

I am using Kit3D+silverlight 3. I need to dynamically modify the mesh points of my model. For now it is just a quad made from triangles. I need to know the effect of modifying the mesh, on the mapped texture.

So. Is it possible ? To modify the mesh points individually ? I need to know this, because I want to apply Delaunay triangulation algorithm, and then apply a texture to the output mesh.

Is this possible in Silverlight+Kit3D ??
