I used WinMerge to create the patch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WinMerge)

It's so small you can just copy and paste it by hand, but if you really want to use patch from the command line, there is a Win32 port http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32/

Kit3DBrush.cs, approximately line 76, look for the ImageSource property
